Quilting Stories with Occupy Sandy

As I made my volunteer plans for Thanksgiving, I came across the Occupy Sandy Recovery and Relief site. You see, this is the beauty of quilting stories together. StoryLine is a project of HousingisaHumanRight.orgInteroccupy.net and the MIT Center for Civic Media (civic.mit.edu). All you have to do is text/email/upload your story or call in to listen to stories and it’s mobile device friendly. I was just discussing how participatory journalism not only teaches us the art of veracious storytelling, but it also teaches us the art of listening.

Visit the website to learn how you can share your story, and of course listen to others.
